Here is the instructions on how to view your Avigilon camera systems with your mobile device.
1. Contact Support to make sure that mobile access is enabled and accessible via the internet.
2. From your mobile device, go to your App Store/Google Play store and download ACC Mobile 3.
3. Click on the 3 bars at the top left.
4. Click on settings
5. Click on "Add More Addresses"
6. Enter the address that was given to you by Support. Leave port as default unless Support told you otherwise. Click save at the top right of screen.
7. Trust the site certficate.
8. Next, click on Sites to view your newest site.
9. Under Not Connected, click on your site you just created.
10. Insert your Username and Password. If you do not have credentials, please contact Support. Click Save.
11. Your site should now be connected, DO NOT click on it. Click Back and then Close
12. Click on your site to view your cameras
13. Click on the camera to view your specific camera.
14. To view recordings, click the film button.
